Silver Medal: Team from Italy

S IRHA 2011, el Salón Internacional de la Hoteleria y la Restauración, what

World Pastry Championship sponsored by Valrhona.

The English team, composed by Jordi Bordas, Julien Alvarez and Josep Maria
Rodriguez, has reached the championship. Great news for Spain

In the previous edition, 2009, Spain was ranked
in the post 19 on 22 teams and had never climbed the podium.
