Chocolate Competition 2011

The Confectionery Guild of Barcelona, Guild School
Pastry and Chocolate Museum Barcelona this contest, in
its ninth edition, with
target promote the realization of artistic chocolate pieces and
create a temporary exhibition of these pieces in the Museum of Chocolate.

RULES OF PARTICIPATION

1. This contest is open to professional pastry chefs and chocolatiers around the world
.

dimensions: 60 x 40 cm., 50 x 50 cm., and measures over the previous
height proportional to its size. The theme of the contest will
"Street furniture." However allowed works of other topics.

3. The works must be based exclusively on chocolate,

The Jury may declare any of the three prizes if they

score between 0 and 10 points, b) difficulty score between 0 and 10 points
c) presentation and Finish: score between 0 and 10 points, d)
loyalty to the contest theme: between 0 and 5 points. The maximum score is
35 points.

The jury will evaluate and make public its verdict on May 5, 2011 .
The verdict of the jury is final and irrevocable.

The awards to be held at the Museum of Chocolate,
be announced.

10. The Chocolate Museum Commission will select the works that once
ended the contest, participate in the temporary exhibition of the Museum
own. This exhibition has a duration of 12 months.

11. The Organization reserves the right to modify the above
