The day was developed through a workshop (with workshops for reflection and proposals) and conference, based mainly in international law, national, provincial and municipal RELIGIOUS FREEDOM and conscience, on the main axis of ORDINANCE (city of Rosario) No. 7,969 / year 2,006, enshrined in its provisions "... in Rosario on September 2 as the EQUALITY DAY CITY - civil treatment - and freedom of thought, expression, conscience, religion and worship "...".
