The CONTEST Pastry School
DE VALENCIA, at its 6 th EDITION , will place on 22, 23 and 24
February 2011 at the Mercado de Colón in Valencia.
This Contest - Exhibition is organized again as in all previous editions for the
Montagud English Publishers and confectionery are members sponsoring the contest, whose bases and schedules are reproduced below:
LV BASES SCHOOLS OF BAKING CONTEST
1 .- The Guild of Master Confectioners Valencia, as organizer, calls the
students of all schools, public, subsidized and / or private community of Valencia in the

4 .- Each member of the Jury will all work individually for each section, and
tasting Jury will be divided into 2 groups of 3 members each, elected by lot: a group
