May I take your knowledge the City Council at its meeting held on this day has sanctioned the following RESOLUTION
City Council:
Having the paper presented by the "CENTER FOR RESEARCH, STUDY AND TRAINING ecclesiastical and theological" in the context of the City Council meetings held in the Northwest District, in which stresses the importance and the need for a day of reflection and tribute tending to remember and pay tribute to the men and women religious of all faiths victims of state terrorism in our country. The reference file is the number 151 291-C-2006, captioned Commission of Government and Culture and Human Rights Commission, and with regard specifically as regards the Human Rights Commission is that it has solved the completion of the conference proposed by the Research Centre mentioned above, and
Whereas the religious sphere was one of the specific objectives of the repression carried out by the so-called Reorganization Process National.
That many members of various religious confessions were killed, disappeared, imprisoned and persecuted.
That according to the report prepared by the CONADEP there were more than 120 religious and / or religious killed and missing, including 2 bishops, 18 priests, 11 seminarians, 46 Catholics and 40 Protestants.

RESOLUTION 1 .- The CITY COUNCIL convened at the request of "CENTER FOR RESEARCH, STUDY AND TRAINING CHURCH AND THEOLOGICAL" the day of reflection and TRIBUTE to RELIGIOUS TERRORISM VICTIMS OF STATE DURING THE LAST MILITARY DICTATORSHIP IN OUR COUNTRY, as part of the City Council meetings held in various districts of the city, particularly in the Northwest District. 2 .-
